    One self-contained HTML file, no build step. The curriculum renders client-side from an embedded data object; progress caches in localStorage and syncs to Supabase (single-user) so checks, dates, and verdicts follow me across devices. Hosted on GitHub Pages behind Cloudflare.

The itch

I wanted to read the Western canon in order, St. John's style, without going back to school, and keep an honest log of what each book was actually like.
